Product is then sorted and assigned to the appropriate storage environment. Should any pre-storage value-added service be required, such as co-packing, repacking, relabeling etc., we will conduct it here.

If required, product is blast frozen to maintain all of the product’s qualities – flavor, nutrients, consistency, texture, etc.

Outbound transportation can be via truck, booked via our Online Appointment Scheduling tool in i-3PL for a lot of our sites, or rail. And all along you can see exactly where your inventory is through i-3PL.

Product can arrive by truck or by rail. It’s unloaded onto our temperature-controlled dock, palletized if required, and inducted into our system. You can now view product information in i-3PL.

We’ll conduct any post storage value-added services, such as tempering, date stamping, kitting/modding, etc. We’ll then sequence and stage the loads from outbound transportation.

We’ll store your product until you submit orders to start the outbound process.
