Global Culture Committee
Our Global Culture Committee brings Americold’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DI&B) to life. Made up of associates from across all regions and levels of the organization, the Global Culture Committee supports spreading awareness and the value of DI&B across our network. The Culture Committee leads a culture ambassador program at Americold sites around the world to promote awareness of these important principles across the organization.
