Kansas City, Missouri

Americold’s new Kansas City Import-Export Hub, developed in partnership with Canadian Pacific Kansas City, connects us directly to the CPKC rail network. Located inside the intermodal terminal, this hub enables a direct, seamless connection between the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Our agreements with USDA, FDA, SENASICA, and CBP to perform inspections and pre-clearance bypass border congestion.

Port Saint John, Canada

Americold is making history with the first cold chain Import-Export Hub in Canada to connect road, rail, and sea at a port. Uniting DP World’s port operations and CPKC’s rail solutions strengthens global trade flows and expands export and import capacity. Our Port Saint John solution creates a more efficient connection between Canada and its global trading partners by establishing cold chain infrastructure and opening up trade lanes through eastern Canada.

Dubai

Americold’s new Dubai facility, developed with RSA Cold Chain and DP World, marks our first Middle East site and a key advancement in optimizing food flows across the region.

CPKC

CPKC is the combination of two historic railways – Canadian Pacific (CP) and Kansas City Southern (KCS). Today, CPKC has created the first and only transnational rail network in North America – moving essential goods across a 20,000-mile network throughout Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.

Americold and CPKC’s strategic collaboration co-locates Americold warehouse facilities on the CPKC network.
CPKC and Americold are working collaboratively to streamline border crossing procedures and provide a more seamless experience for shippers.
Americold’s newest Import-Export Hub in Kansas City is a first-of-its-kind facility on the CPKC rail network and a key hub for CPKC’s Mexico Midwest Express.

DP World

DP World is a leading provider of worldwide, smart end-to-end supply chain logistics. As one of the world’s largest port operators, DP World operates across six continents to deliver seamless supply chain solutions.

Americold will design, build, own and operate facilities on DP World port locations.
History-making projects include a cold storage facility at the Port of Jebel Ali in Dubai (part of Americold’s joint venture with RSA Global) and a first-of-its kind cold storage facility located at the Port of Saint John in New Brunswick, Canada.

RSA Cold Chain

The UAE’s premier cold chain operator, RSA Cold Chain is a joint venture between Americold and RSA Global, a leading provider of integrated logistics and supply chain solutions, specializing in emerging markets. RSA Cold Chain is dedicated to providing reliable end-to-end cold and frozen 3PL solutions to meet the growing demand of the food industry in the UAE and the MENA, especially given the surge in population and food consumption in the region.
